Eugene Mintsevich

Eugene Mintsevich has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Legal Advisor for the Centre of Dolgogovskaya Upraleniya. In 2015, they became a Member of the Management Board for the International Law and Arbitration Association (BILA Association) and the CEO of both OOO TimingBel and EnRu, Ltd. In 2016, they were the CEO of the International School of Excellence. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager of Spatium.net, and from 2019 to 2022, they were the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Svort, Inc. Eugene is currently the Co-founder of UNIKA.

Eugene Mintsevich has a Master of Laws - LLM in International Law and Legal Studies from International University MITSO, obtained between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mediunarodnoe Pravo from Международный Университет "МИТСО", between 2009 and 2014. Eugene also holds a certification from Newchip Accelerator, obtained in February 2021.
