Spaulding Ridge is looking for a growth-oriented APAC Operations Director to join our best-in-cloud, best-in-people, technology consulting firm. As Operations Director, you will be a strategic partner to the APAC Regional Partner, VP of Operations and Corporate leadership team to oversee our regional corporate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of the cloud-based technology landscape.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives for the APAC region.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the regional offices, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Foster strong connectivity and collaboration between APAC and US corporate teams, ensuring seamless communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate regular cross-regional meetings and initiatives to promote a cohesive global corporate culture and drive synergies across the organization.
  • Manage and provide roadmap for shared services functions, streamlining the working of existing functions and supporting their scaling.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies across all regional operations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the APAC region, working closely with the finance team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the technology consulting or professional services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their implementation in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
