Elizabeth Peterson

Elizabeth Peterson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing change initiatives, financial analysis, and strategic planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Spaulding Ridge, Elizabeth directs significant change management projects impacting over 150 end-users and leads a geographically dispersed team. Previous roles include Manager of GSPR at NEI Global Relocation, where Elizabeth developed digital dashboards and integrated new service level agreements, and Senior Financial Analyst at ConAgra Foods, overseeing substantial budgets and improving financial reporting accuracy. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Lewis University.
