Melanie Caswell

Melanie Caswell has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Spavia since August 2018. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Recruiter at Panera Bread (December 2016 - July 2018) and as a Non-Profit Coordinator at Levy Restaurants (February 2015 - December 2016). Additionally, Melanie contributed as a Student Caller and Trainer for the UCF Foundation from September 2013 to February 2015, successfully raising over $70,000 for the University of Central Florida and developing training programs for new callers. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, earned in 2016.
