Didier Gasté has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2008. Didier began their career at Unibail-Rodamco as an Intern in Strategic Marketing Corporate, then moved on to become a Key Account Manager (Culture & Multimedia retailers) / French Leasing Department. Didier later took on the role of CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for developing digital tools to enhance customer journeys in the mall. Didier then became the Group Head of CRM & Digital Marketing, where they leveraged digital to enhance customer experience in the malls. In 2016, they co-founded Spaycial, a company that enables better relationships between people and brands thanks to payment data. As CEO & Co-Founder, they developed an analytics and marketing automation suite built on payment data, helping shopping hubs and retailers understand consumer behaviors to deliver marketing activations and engagement.
Didier Gasté attended KEDGE Business School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Master in Economics. Didier then attended Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2009 and obtained a Master's Degree in Economics.
