Nicolas Derycke

Nicolas Derycke has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Nicolas began their career as a Software Engineer - Technical Lead at Mimetics SA in 1991. Nicolas then moved on to become a R&D Development Manager at Adaptive Solutions, Inc. in 1996. In 1998, they became a Software Development Manager - WebIntelligence at Business Objects / SAP. Nicolas then went on to become a Software Development Director at Netonomy in 2000. In 2006, they were appointed as Director, Software R&D and Customer Services - Mobile and SaaS Solutions at Ingenico. In 2014, they became Director, Innovation and Technology - Mobile, Web, and API Front-End at Mavenir. In 2017, they were appointed as CTO at kShuttle, where they were responsible for Software & Data Engineering, Data Collection, Data Analytics, Data Viz and Business Intelligence. Finally, in 2022, they became VP of Engineering at Spaycial, where they are responsible for enabling better relationships between people and brands, by turning payment data into shopping behavior clues.

Nicolas Derycke obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from CentraleSupélec between 1985 and 1988. Prior to this, they studied Math Spé M' at Lycée Louis Le Grand, Paris in 1984-1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification in On Strategy : What Managers Can Learn from Philosophy - Luc de Brabandere from CentraleSupélec Exed in March 2017.
