Alexis Leenders

Alexis Leenders currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at SPB Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Alexis held various positions at Roland Berger, including Case Team Leader and Senior Consultant, focusing on the government, public sector, and financial services from January 2022 to June 2025. Before joining Roland Berger, Alexis worked as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Business Analyst at Monitor Deloitte from September 2018 to December 2021. Early career experiences include positions as a Trainee at the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies and the Embassy of Belgium to The Netherlands in 2017. Alexis's academic background includes a Master of Laws in Law and Politics of International Security from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Premaster in Law, a Master of Science in International Politics with a major in Diplomacy and Global Governance, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a major in International Relations from Ghent University. Additionally, Alexis participated in the Brussels Summer School for Young Leaders, focusing on the European Union as a global actor.
