Qiana Cobb-Sinnie

Qiana Cobb-Sinnie is an experienced veterinarian currently serving as a Wellness Veterinarian at the SPCA of Texas since August 2016. Prior to this role, Qiana worked as a Relief Veterinarian providing spay/neuter services and promoting low-cost vaccine clinics from July 2013 to July 2016. From December 2006 to July 2013, Qiana served as the City Veterinarian for the City of Irving, where responsibilities included providing medical care to shelter animals, developing vaccination protocols, and overseeing controlled substances. Previous positions also include Wellness Veterinarian and Associate Veterinarian roles, where Qiana focused on preventative care, client education, and surgical treatment. Qiana holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
