Lena Bäumges has worked in a variety of roles in the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Store Manager at REWE Group. In 2014, they moved to Vodafone Global Enterprise as an Inside Sales representative. In 2016, they became a Business Development Manager at Speakap. Most recently, in 2018, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at WorkforceIT, where they provide innovative, employee-centered HR solutions.
Lena Bäumges attended Washburn University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied International Business Management.
