Sander van Gelder

Sander van Gelder has over 15 years of experience in the financial and technology industries. From 2021 to present, they have served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Speakap, a SaaS business, and CFO/COO at INDG | Grip. From 2018 to 2021, they were Senior Pricing Manager at Knab, where they were responsible for commercial pricing. From 2015 to 2018, they were Senior Manager Pricing & Business Models at Elsevier, where they developed and rolled out new subscription options for Science Direct. From 2008 to 2015, they were CFO and Business Development Director at YD Group B.V., where they created an efficient and high quality finance team and managed external audit. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Consultant at Accenture.

Sander van Gelder obtained their VWO (gymnasium) from Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest between 1991 and 1997. Sander then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam between 1997 and 2005, while also completing a degree in International Economics from the same university between 2001 and 2005. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in Accounting and Business/Management. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. Sander also obtained certifications in Bus. Processes in Man. Accounting, GL/AR/AP Basic Configuration, and Strategic Enterprise Management from SAP in 2005.
