Tracy Addis

Tracy Addis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tracy began their career as a Head Waitress at Hayman in 2003 before moving on to various roles such as Restaurant Manager at Fifteen Melbourne and Venue and Events Manager at Rice Queen. Tracy later served as an Event Manager at Aviary Hotel and took on the role of Administration and Human Resources Coordinator at San Telmo. Tracy also worked as a Recruitment Manager at TSS Immigration and as a HR Coordinator at Aviary Hotel, Vic Bar, Dr Morse & The Rochester Hotel.
