Nic Milling

Nic Milling has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Furness College in 2015 as the Human Resources Lead/Personal Progress Coach. In 2019, they moved to BAE Systems Maritime – Submarines and worked as a Human Resources Advisor until 2021. In the same year, they joined Brain in Hand as a Regional Engagement Manager. Afterwards, they became an HR Manager at The Swan (Newby Bridge) from 2021 to 2022. Next, they worked as the UK Head of People & Operations at Women for Women International until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Speakers for Schools.

Nic Milling received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Lancaster University from 2005 to 2008. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, Nic obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management, specifically in CIPD 5, from the University of Central Lancashire. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Nic pursued a Postgraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire.
