Hansa Thawakar

Hansa Thawakar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Hansa is currently working as a Quality Analyst Lead at Yellow Class, where they are responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Development and Client Servicing at ESP 360 Degree from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they managed the business development activities and maintained client relationships.

From 2013 to 2017, Hansa worked as a Business Development and Client Servicing Manager at Winspire Consulting Pvt Ltd. Hansa'sresponsibilities included conducting extensive research on builders and marketing luxury properties. Hansa also worked on strategies for expanding the company's presence to different cities.

Earlier in their career, Hansa held the position of Brand Activation Manager at VLCC Group in 2008. Hansa was responsible for managing brand activations and promotional activities. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Avon as a Manager of Sales Planning and MIS. Hansa'srole involved organizing product launches, analyzing market research, and developing marketing plans. Hansa also played a key role in developing training programs for business partners and coordinating with various departments for the implementation of incentive programs.

Hansa began their career as a Process Associate at GENPACT in 1999. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in business development, client servicing, sales planning, branding, and process management throughout their career.

Hansa Thawakar began their education at New Green Fields Public School in Saket in 1982 and completed their studies there in 1995. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Gargi College, Delhi University, from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they also acquired a Master's Diploma in Information Technology from Tata Infotech Ltd. from 1995 to 1998. Later, in 2000, Hansa enrolled in the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they completed in 2002.
