Armin Vedadghavami

Armin Vedadghavami is a Bioconjugation Specialist at Spear Bio since April 2023, previously serving as a Scientist at Unchained Labs from March 2022 to February 2023. At Unchained Labs, Armin played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the gene therapy analysis instrument “Leprechaun,” focusing on the development of innovative lentivirus assays that enhanced accuracy in quantifying viral vectors. Prior to this, Armin was a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University from July 2017 to February 2022, where significant contributions included designing cationic peptide carriers for drug delivery to cartilage and synthesizing advanced nanostructures for targeted treatments. Armin holds a PhD and an MS in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
