Dana Panagiotakis

Dana Panagiotakis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support, finance, and insurance. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Spearhead Group, Inc. since April 2023, Dana effectively manages a variety of tasks to facilitate leadership and communication within the organization. As Principal of Pana Insurance Services since February 2017, Dana specializes as an insurance broker across personal lines, property and casualty, and commercial insurance. Prior to these roles, Dana held significant positions including Chief of Staff at that funny agency, where responsibilities included strategic project management and operational efficiency, and Manager of Finance at Limited Brands, overseeing a $100M global retail business. Dana earned an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing from St. John's University.
