LU Feng has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to 2010. Starting as an Editor and Market Development professional at Shanghai Science and Technology Publishing House from 1997 to 2003, they then transitioned to become a Device Engineer at STMicroelectronics from 2005 to 2007. Following this, LU Feng assumed the role of a Business Development Manager at Arcelor Mittal from 2007 to 2009. During their time at Arcelor Mittal, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, participating in M&A projects, and managing a sales team. In 2009, LU Feng joined The Timken Company as a Sales Manager where they continued to maintain key accounts and achieved sales of US$8M. Finally, LU Feng became a Sales Director at Special Metals in 2010, where they currently hold a position.
LU Feng completed an Executive Education program in Commercial Development at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, LU Feng earned a Master's degree in Surface Treatment and Materials from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Limoges, France. LU Feng's undergraduate studies took place from 1993 to 1997 at Southwest University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a major in Inorganic Materials.
