Terri Lehr (Bales) currently serves as the Executive Office Manager at Special Metals since April 2021. Prior to this role, Terri was the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Co-CEO at Visconsi Companies, Ltd. from August 2015 to September 2020 and held the position of Executive Assistant to the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Chairman at Associated Estates between August 2010 and August 2015. Terri’s earlier experience includes being a Stay at Home Mom from May 2000 to August 2010, serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Royster-Clark, Inc. from March 1997 to May 2000, and working as an Executive Secretary at Boatmen’s National Bank from October 1989 to March 1997. Terri obtained an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Lakeland Community College from 2010 to 2016.
