Kate N.

Kate N. has a diverse background in leadership, advocacy, and volunteerism. Currently serving in Athlete Leadership at Special Olympics Illinois since July 2022, Kate also operates as a freelance blogger since November 2016. Past experiences include volunteering with Easter Seals in childcare, serving on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Illinois, and raising puppies for Leader Dogs for the Blind, where responsibilities included basic training and socialization. Additional volunteer roles encompass involvement with Mosaic's community advisory committee, assisting residents at Provena St. Anne Center, and supporting adoptable animals at Winnebago County Animal Services. Kate N. graduated from Boylan Catholic High School in 2005.
