Judy Palmore

Judy Palmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, leadership development, and capacity building across various organizations. As the Founder and Education Director of Zingo Education and Training since March 2018, Judy has led initiatives that enhance education and training programs. Judy has also served as a consultant for the Special Olympics, where innovative training packages for Community Health Workers were developed. Additional consultancy roles include facilitating the Arlington Neighborhood College Program and leading leadership workshops for youth. Judy's background also includes significant contributions to public health education and leadership coaching for various organizations, including the Female Health Company and Plan International, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and educational excellence.
