Kimberly Lytikainen currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at Five9 since March 2020, where Kimberly established the Legal and Compliance department and played a vital role in scaling the company's revenue from $300M to over $900M ARR. In addition, Kimberly is a board member and vice chair of the Governance and Engagement Committee at Special Olympics Northern California. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Poshmark, where Kimberly prepared the company for its IPO, and Chief Legal Officer at MINDBODY, where Kimberly contributed to scaling from $75M to over $300M ARR. Kimberly’s extensive legal background includes leadership positions at Pivotal Software, NVIDIA, and Sun Microsystems, complemented by work in intellectual property litigation at Graham & James and Baker McKenzie. Kimberly holds a J.D. with honors from Loyola Law School, a Corporate Governance degree from Stanford Law School, and has completed executive business leadership training at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, alongside a B.A. in Political Science from Florida State University.
