Stephanie Ching has extensive experience in fitness and health programs, currently working as a coordinator for various initiatives at Special Olympics Northern California since December 2018. Roles include managing exercise and fitness programs, coordinating endurance fitness-related activities, and serving as a global ambassador for health and athlete leadership. Additionally, Stephanie has been involved in the Healthy Athletes Program and the School of Strength @ Home Fitness initiative. Concurrently, Stephanie has worked as a Guest Services Attendant at Stanford University since September 2004, contributing to major sporting events such as the PAC-12 Now and NCAA Championship. Stephanie pursued studies in Vegetarian Diet, Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness at De Anza College from 2006 to 2008, following an educational journey through various schools focused on arts and science subjects.
