Jerry Harris

Jerry Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, community engagement, and customer service. Currently serving as Program Director for Special Olympics Texas, Jerry has successfully expanded program capacity through strategic partnerships and effective event planning. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at The Other Ones Foundation, where Jerry managed grants and prepared key documentation, and Account Executive II at Atmosphere, achieving sales goals through lead conversion. Jerry's diverse background also includes leadership positions at General Motors and New Canvassing Experience, along with educational roles at Texas Empowerment Academy and the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs. Jerry holds both an Associate's degree in African-American/Black Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Saginaw Valley State University.
