Lori Colonna

Lori Colonna has over two decades of experience as a volunteer with Special Olympics Virginia, Inc., serving as a volleyball referee and a member of the Management Team for the Virginia State Games. As a Certified Volleyball Official, Lori is affiliated with organizations such as VHSL, EOA, USAV, AAU, PAVO, and NCAA. Lori retired from the Virginia Department of Taxation in August 2013, where a career as a Business Tax Auditor spanned from April 1986. Additionally, Lori served as Auditor Team Leader for a team of state auditors between February 2001 and January 2008. Educational background includes a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Virginia Tech, attained between 1975 and 1979.
