Editra Allen

Editra Allen is an experienced professional in operations and event management, currently serving as Vice President of Games Operations & Global Events at Special Olympics since September 2011. Over the years, Editra has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director, focusing on operational functions for the Special Olympics World Games and managing relationships with NBA/WNBA partners. Editra’s extensive background includes positions with the National Association of Black Sports Professionals, Washington Nationals, Washington Wizards, and Major League Baseball, along with internships in corporate partnerships at the NFL Players Association. Editra holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Events Management and a BBA in Marketing, both from The George Washington University School of Business.
