Kate Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and strategic alliances. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Strategic Partnerships for Major Games at Special Olympics since June 2023, Kate previously held the role of Strategic Director, Corporate Alliances & Solutions at the American Cancer Society from May 2018 to August 2022, where nearly $20 million was raised through key partnerships. Between 2003 and December 2017, Kate contributed to the Smithsonian Institution in various capacities, including Prospecting and Outreach Manager and Licensing Manager, where innovative partnerships and revenue-generating licensing concepts were developed. Kate holds a Corporate Sustainability Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lees-McRae College.
