Marti Ostrander is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Branding for Special Olympics since May 2024. Prior to this role, Marti worked as a Corporate and Sustainability Communications Consultant at TProd, where expertise was applied in corporate strategies and media relations. Marti held the position of Head of Communications for Central America and the Caribbean at Tetra Pak, and served as Communications Manager at The Pew Charitable Trusts, focusing on international campaigns. With a background in regional communications management at Plan International and prior roles at UNICEF, Grupo Banistmo, and various media outlets, Marti’s extensive experience encompasses both internal and external communications and strategic public relations. Marti holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Liberal Arts and Information Science from the University of Navarra, and a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University.
