Debra Ward Farley is a versatile professional with extensive experience spanning various industries. Since June 2017, Debra has served as an Independent Distributor for It Works! As the CEO of Urban Paradise Designs since March 1994, Debra has led the creation of jewelry, fragrances, and other products, overseeing employee management.
