Jeff Schneider

Jeff Schneider has over 25 years of experience in the field of communication disorders and special education. Currently serving as an Effective Practice Specialist-Transition at the Special School District of St. Louis County since September 1998, Jeff Schneider has held multiple positions within the district, including Director of Special Education at the School District of Clayton, where coordination of special education services for qualifying students took place. Prior experience includes roles as an Effective Practice Specialist in speech pathology and Speech Language Pathologist, providing diagnostic and therapy services to K-5 students and supporting the implementation of PBIS. Earlier in their career, Jeff Schneider worked as a Speech Pathologist at Great Rivers Home Health, delivering speech and language services to adult clients, primarily those recovering from strokes or dealing with dementia. Jeff Schneider holds a Master's degree in Communication Disorders and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, both from Truman State University.
