Leigh Hazelton, BA, TCADC, currently serves as Administrator and Service Coordinator at SpecialCare Hospital Management since October 2021, overseeing New Vision, a medically supervised service for adults experiencing withdrawal from various substances. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counselor, Program Director, and Substance Abuse Counselor at Crossroads from November 2017 to October 2021, as well as Administrative Specialist I at Necco.org from January to November 2017. Previous positions also include Administrative Assistant at Ashland Community and Technical College, Substitute Teacher at South Point Board of Education, Substance Abuse Counselor at CRC Health Group, and Long Term Substitute Teacher/Homebound Tutor at Mingo County Board Education.
