Carys Webster

Carys Webster serves as the Head of PMO at SThree since November 2021, leading PMO operations for the Project Services business and overseeing the Service Delivery Management and PMO Analyst teams to ensure quality service for Project Services Clients across Global STEM Markets. Previously, Carys held the role of Program Manager at SThree, providing programme management expertise and strategic recommendations for operational improvements. Prior experience includes serving as a Deployment Project Manager at REED, where Carys managed the implementation of bespoke technology solutions across various sectors, as well as a Resource Consultant. Carys holds a BSc (Hons) in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
