David Jennings

David Jennings has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. David started their career in 2006 as a Microsoft .net Recruitment Consultant, specializing in senior Microsoft roles in the North-West and Yorkshire area. From there, they progressed to become a Senior Microsoft Consultant, mentoring and training junior consultants.

David then joined Real Staffing Group as a Senior Consultant before it merged with Pathway, resulting in the creation of Real Staffing. David later took on the role of Principal Consultant, recruiting contract consultants in BI, Datawarehousing, Risk, and Marketing.

In subsequent roles, David managed teams of sales and recruitment professionals. David served as an Associate Sales Team Manager, Senior Sales Team Manager, and Business Manager for Real Staffing IT. David was responsible for managing teams, recruiting SAS contractors, and overseeing IT recruitment across various vertical markets.

David joined SThree in 2014, initially as an Associate Business Manager for the Real Staffing IT Division in Leeds. David then became a Business Manager, overseeing a team of 19 consultants specializing in specific IT markets across the UK. David later took on the role of Senior Business Manager, leading the Contract Digital IT and Data Division in the North of the UK.

In their most recent role, David joined Computer Futures as the UK Brand Director, starting in September 2023.

David Jennings completed their LLB Hons degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University between 2001 and 2004, achieving a 2:2 grade. David then pursued a Legal Practice Course at Leeds Beckett University from 2005 to 2006, earning a commendation in this field.
