Francesca Greaves

Francesca Greaves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and fundraising. Currently serving as the Senior Purpose & Inclusion Manager at SThree since March 2019, Francesca specializes in sustainability, Net Zero initiatives, and carbon reporting while also leading the company's Net Zero transition group. Previously held roles include ESG Manager, where Francesca focused on social impact and people management, and ESG Delivery Consultant. Prior to SThree, Francesca contributed to VOCAL as a Partnership Development Officer, spearheading fundraising strategies, and held fundraising roles at Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home, RSPB, and Rux Burton Associates. Francesca's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Northumbria, a Higher National Diploma in Fundraising Practice from the Foundation for Social Improvement, and a forthcoming course on the Future of Sustainable Business from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford.
