Jennifer Collier

Jennifer Collier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their career at Harrison Clark Ltd as a Work Experience intern, where they gained insight into the daily operations of a law firm. Jennifer then worked as a Senior Security Assistant at the University of Birmingham Guild of Students, ensuring building security and providing customer service. Jennifer also volunteered at England 2015 Rugby World Cup, handling accreditation and access passes distribution.

In 2015, Jennifer joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where they gained experience in management, marketing, sales, customer service, and fleet control. Jennifer then transitioned to BioCote®, a leading antimicrobial additives provider, where they served as a Partner Development Executive and later as a Partner Development Manager. In these roles, they managed partner relationships, promoted sales, and delivered world-class services across the globe.

Jennifer's most recent role is with SThree, where they hold the position of Service Delivery Manager. Jennifer leads a team in managing service delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.

Jennifer Collier's education history includes a BSL Level 6 in British Sign Language from Midlands Sign Academy, obtained in 2023. Jennifer also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, completed in 2014. Jennifer obtained a BA Hons degree in English Literature with Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Worcester Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied English Literature, History, and Mathematics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jennifer Collier obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2023.
