Khushboo Moorjanii

Khushboo Moorjanii has worked in various roles in different companies. Khushboo started their career as a Financial Services Executive at Mashreq Bank in April 2021, where they worked until October 2021. In June 2022, they joined Sobha Realty as a Talent Acquisition - HR professional for a few months. In October 2022, they moved to Huxley as a Consultant, providing recruitment solutions for clients across multiple industries. In February 2023, Khushboo joined SThree as the DE&I and ESG MENA Lead, where they lead a network of DE&I-ESG Ambassadors and promotes diversity and inclusion awareness within the organization. Additionally, they collaborate with the Global D&I and ESG initiatives. In July 2023, they transitioned to the role of an Associate Candidate Consultant at Huxley.

Khushboo Moorjanii has studied International Business Management with a focus on HRM, project management, and consulting at Heriot-Watt University. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Indian High School Dubai, where they studied business, economics, law, and accountancy.
