Alexander Mason

Alexander Mason, MD, FAANS has a diverse work experience in the field of neurosurgery. Alexander is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Specialist TeleMed since 2017. In 2021, they co-founded Mavyn and Solice.org. Dr. Mason has also held positions as an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and as a Neurosurgeon at Denver Health and University Neuro, LLC. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Emory Healthcare and as a Neurosurgeon and Partner at BOULDER NEUROSURGICAL ASSOCIATES, PROF. LLC. Alexander completed their Cerebrovascular and Skullbase Fellowship at Emory Healthcare and their residency as a Resident Physician in Neurosurgery at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Alexander Mason obtained their Bachelor's degree from Miami University in 1994. Alexander then attended The Ohio State University from 1994 to 1995. In 2000, they completed their Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
