Michael Bass, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Director of Transition & Integration at Specialized Dental Partners, where they are responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new practices into the company. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at the same company.

Before joining Specialized Dental Partners, Michael worked at Shearwater Health as the Director of Account Management. In this role, they managed multiple healthcare and insurance accounts, generating significant revenue for the company. Michael also played a crucial role in contract negotiations and client business reviews.

Later, Mr. Bass pursued their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, which they successfully completed in 2016.
