Samantha Norris

Samantha Norris serves as the Special Education Coordinator at Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) since October 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in special education and early childhood education. Previously, Samantha held positions as a Special Education Teacher at Merakey and Elwyn, where responsibilities included developing individualized education plans and executing improvement goals within classroom settings. Prior roles also included administrative support at US Connect, LLC, and teaching positions at Primrose Schools and KinderCare, with a strong commitment to adhering to state and NAEYC standards. Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Special Education Supervisory from Delaware Valley University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education from Eastern University.
