Lori has also held various managerial positions at naviHealth, Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, Kindred at Home, and Hospice Advantage, LLC. Lori'sroles included Senior Manager, Patient Engagement, Director of Clinical Operations, Area Executive Director, Director of Patient Care, and Director of Clinical Services. Lori has a strong background in hospice care and patient engagement. Lori began their career as a Student Nurse/Floor Nurse at Baptist Medical Center in 1990.
