Lucas Byers holds extensive experience in investor reporting and related operations within the mortgage and financial services industries. Currently serving as SVP at SLS since November 2014, Lucas oversees various functions including investor accounting and cashiering, with a focus on ensuring accurate reporting and claims management. Prior roles include SVP at Caliber Home Loans, where responsibilities encompassed re-engineering investor reporting processes and implementation of a new reporting platform, and Vice President positions at Nationstar Mortgage and Aurora Loan Services, managing large teams and leading significant operational transitions. Lucas began the career as an Investor Reporting Analyst at Ocwen Federal Bank and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, coupled with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Miami University.
