Matthew Jaspering

Matthew Jaspering is an experienced manager with a strong background in the bicycle and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Market Manager at Specialized Bicycle Components since December 2021, Matthew has held various leadership roles, including General Manager - North Bay and Store Manager. Prior to this, Matthew was a Store Manager at Trek Bicycle and General Manager at Bar Bocce. Experience in the culinary field includes positions such as Restaurant Manager at Farmshop, Chef De Partie at Saison Hospitality Group, and Commis Chef at Atelier Crenn, alongside earlier roles at Insalata’s Restaurant that ignited a passion for food and hospitality. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Sacramento City College and continuing education at San Francisco State University, Matthew also holds a Culinary Certificate from The Napa Valley Cooking School.
