Shirley Chan

Shirley Chan, SPHRi, is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience at Specialized Bicycle Components, currently serving as the Sr. HR Manager for Asia since January 2010. In this role, Shirley collaborates with senior management to develop talent strategies that drive business growth and aligns regional HR initiatives with global HR teams across multiple countries. Previously, as an HR Manager, guidance was provided to teams in Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia to align recruitment, performance management, and reward strategies with corporate objectives. Before joining Specialized Bicycle Components, Shirley worked as the Finance & Operation Manager at APE, LTD in Hong Kong, overseeing finance and operations for the Taiwan and China offices. Shirley holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Chaoyang University of Technology.
