Susan Leonard has over two decades of experience in finance, logistics, and sports marketing within the cycling industry. Currently serving as the Finance and Logistics Manager for the Racing Division at Specialized Bicycle Components since May 2012, Leonard provides technical and managerial support while advocating for sustainability across various sectors, including sports and supply chain practices. Previously, Leonard held several roles at Specialized, including Operations Consultant and Sports Marketing positions, and gained experience at Trek Bicycle as a Soigneur. Leonard’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Science & Technology for Sustainability from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University.
