Heather McNeil

Heather McNeil, SHRM-CP has a diversified work experience. Heather began their career at Eastbrook Homes in 1999, working as a Staff Accountant until 2002. From there, they joined Old Farm Shores Apartments as a Staff Accountant until 2006. In 2001, they also worked as a Treasurer's Assistant at Grace Bible Church until 2007. Since 2011, Heather has been working at Specialty Appliances Orthodontic Laboratory, where they held various roles. Heather started as an HR Administrator/Accountant and then progressed to the position of Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Human Resources.

Heather McNeil, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Davenport University, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM and the Working with High-Conflict People as a Manager certification from LinkedIn, which they obtained in December 2016 and July 2021, respectively.
