Jonathan Salazar

Jonathan Salazar currently serves as a Sr. HRIS Analyst at Specialty Building Products since November 2022. Previously, Jonathan held the same title at Aimbridge Hospitality from September 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included consolidating three separate UltiPro HCM platforms and migrating over 100,000 headcount from various HCM providers during acquisitions. Earlier experience includes working as an HRIS Analyst at Charter Schools USA from August 2016 to September 2018, where Jonathan established and managed vendor interfaces for employee data transmission and acted as a liaison among HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and IT departments. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from Broward College, earned between 2014 and 2017.
