Jane Jones

Jane Jones is a Clinical Nurse Coach at Specialty Care Management since January 2024. Prior to this, Jane worked as a Case Manager in Hospice Home Case Management at BJC HealthCare. Jane also has experience as a Director Operations Home Dialysis at Fresenius Medical Care where Jane focused on quality outcomes, cost containment, physician engagement, and strategic planning for growing home dialysis programs. Jane holds a BSN in Registered Nursing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
