Jen Weiser

Jen Weiser has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting. Jen started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intercare Therapy, Inc. in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at FabFitFun as a Recruiter and also served as the university recruiting lead. During this time, they established the early in careers program and recruited intern talent across various teams. In 2020, they joined Hulu as a University Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Technical University Recruiter, where they handled full-cycle recruiting for technical intern and early in career talent. In 2021, they moved on to Meta as a Technical Recruiter, where they focused on building community and bringing the world closer together through various apps and services. In 2023, Jen worked as a Recruiter at FabFitFun before moving to Free Agency as a Sourcer. Currently, they hold the position of Recruiter at the Specialty Coffee Association.
