Joy Snyder

Customer Experience Director at Specialty Coffee Association

Joy Snyder has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Communications Coordinator at Life Care Centers of America. Joy then worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Aqueduct Conference Center from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they volunteered at Harvest Hands in Costa Rica from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Manager and Barista at Bean Traders Coffee. Joy then worked at Joule Coffee as a Barista from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked at Parker and Otis as a Barista and Trainer from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Joy served as a Barista and Front of House Supervisor at Monuts Donuts. Currently, they are the Community Experience Service Manager at Specialty Coffee Association since October 2019.

Joy Snyder attended Lee University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations.
