Yusak Tewal currently serves as Head Chef at the Specialty Coffee Association and La Vie Patisseries, both roles held since December 2022 and January 2022, respectively. Previously, Yusak held the position of Chef De Partie at Nomad Bar & Restaurant from August 2020 to May 2022 and worked as Commis 2 at Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, from March 2017 to August 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Commis Chef at Landmarks Berhad from April 2017 to February 2019 and at Club Med from January 2015 to January 2017.
