Joseph Mendes has extensive experience in creative directing and art direction. Joseph started their career as a Creative Director at josephmendesdesign.com in 1999. Later, they worked as the Creative Director at SC Direct Corp., where they managed the design and production of fashion and beauty catalogs. Mendes then joined Island Publishing / Body Mind Spirit magazine as the Art Director and Production Manager, where they oversaw the layout and design of a national magazine. Joseph also worked at SHOES.COM as a Creative Director, where they designed and maintained multiple branded websites and directed photo shoots. At Specialty Commerce Corp., Mendes held various roles, including Creative Director and Art Director e-Commerce, where they conceived and executed designs for fashion and beauty products. Throughout their career, they have worked with a range of clients, from retail giants to fashion designers and celebrities. Currently, Mendes runs their own company, Joseph Mendes Design, where they focus on creating brand identities and investor presentations for tech startups, as well as website redesigns for celebrities.
Joseph Mendes has a bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
