Katie F.

Katie F. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Katie started their career as an Operations Lead/HR Assistant at Levy Restaurants, where they managed banquet and suite facilities, as well as concessions and catering areas. Katie then worked as a Student Ambassador at Southern Virginia University, where they called prospective students, granted them academic scholarships, and gave tours of the school. Katie also gained experience as a Server at Darden and as a Recruiter at Adecco Staffing, USA, where they focused on achieving financial goals and executed sales functions.

Moving forward, Katie worked at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of Utah, LLC as a Practice Administrator for over a decade. In this role, they were responsible for all practice functions, including office systems, compliance, tracking production and collections, hiring and firing, marketing, and assisting in business decisions. Katie also led and developed a four-person administrative team to ensure success.

Currently, Katie is working at Specialty Dental Brands as a Regional Operations Manager, where they support and leads multiple practices. Katie problem solves, innovates, and prioritizes patient care. Starting in 2023, they will transition to the role of Regional Director of Operations, Oral Surgery, furthering their responsibilities and impact within the company.

Katie F. attended Aberdeen Senior High School from 2001 to 2005 and received a High School Diploma with a focus on general studies. Katie then pursued higher education at Southern Virginia University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Leadership.
